Cream of wheat = my childhood ❤ I love that you do that for your adult children because I do the same. We enjoy a meal out but buying groceries goes so much further. My oldest who works overnight shift stops by Monday mornings and picks up extras servings I’ve packaged from my bulk cooking for the week. Even though I don’t expect it he will Zelle me money as a thank you on occasion. 😊 Have missed your hauls!

Thank you so much! Yes....it is so amazing to be able to help out when I can. Shopping was so fun with my daughter. It really is about spending time together! Being an empty nester is just so different!

Before my parents moved my mom would take us shopping I miss those days lol😂 that chicken meal with the dip sounds delicious feel free to share how it was. My family wouldn’t eat it I don’t think but it sounds so tasty! 🤤

Some men would come to the checkout with legs of lamb when they were on offer. They would not check the weight and moan at the price as they didn’t check the label on the product.

Nice hauls...those salad kits are so convenient (you got a great deal on those). The dollar general/dollar store closest to me also has a coupon for $5 off $25 only on Saturdays. The menu binder is adorable.

Yes they are! So easy when it is just me. I actually get 2 meals out of the salad kits because I usually add some chicken or another protein!

🤗💜😋 Now I'm hungry for some of those foods. Unfortunately I can't eat salads anymore. Clearance amd deals are always awesome. Milk is still $3.99 for a gallon of whole milk. Yes convience is more expensive. However if you buy more than you'll use, that will waste 💵. I bought tiny 🥞 because of only being able to eat a little at a time. Better to buy for convience or need. That's awesome that you could help your daughter like that. I would love to do that when our daughter moves out.

Yes...clearance can be such a blessing! I am really changing the way I shop due to my hubby's work. That's why there aren't weekly grocery hauls anymore.
