I'M BACK! And I have Lemon Tahini Orzo (and news!)

Hi! It's me, remember me? This is my first video in some time. I'm back with some news, a spring recipe, and the promise of more consistent videos in the future.
This Lemon Tahini Orzo is made in one pot, uses just a handful of ingredients, and has a beautifully silky, light and toasty sauce made with lemon and tahini.
Ingredients
▢ 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
▢ 1 medium shallot
▢ 2-3 cloves garlic
▢ 1 and ½ teaspoons vegetable bouillon
▢ 1 and ¾ cup water
▢ 1 large crown broccoli
▢ 15 ounce can chickpeas drained and rinsed
▢ ⅓ cup tahini
▢ 3 tablespoons lemon juice from
▢ 1 teaspoon lemon zest from
▢ ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
▢ freshly grated Parmesan for serving
