Salaam. I am a dentist. I noticed you drank the lemon water with a straw (which is better than sipping) at reducing the acid effects on your teeth, however, keeping your aligners in your mouth whilst doing this will have a detrimental effect on your teeth. It will retain the acid in the aligners which have direct contact with your teeth and concentrate the effects of the damage as we all as potential distorting your aligners. I know it’s a nuisance, but please remove your aligners whilst drinking the lemon water. Chewing gum or a Flouride mouthwash rinse would also be beneficial before you put your aligners back in! I hope this helps. X

Salam my eid was quiet we lost are mum 2022 so we celebrate for the kids but for us its bit raw but allahsubhantallah gives us sabar patience. Mashallah the clothes suit you im bit like you i cnt do crowds but i try to come out of my comfort zone. Ive got a local church that do a zomba class im thinking of joining as a hijab its gone be laugh 😃 😀 😄
