Hi Stephanie, thoroughly enjoyed hearing about your camping trip. Makes me want to go camping again! When our kids were little, we used to go but it has been many years since our last trip. Stephanie, your trip sounds amazing. Grandkids are the best. As I have said before, my grandson has always lived with me and here he is at almo0st 30. He takes care of me, now that I have trouble getting around at 80 years old. He is the best. So glad that you got to spend time with your whole family. ❤🙏❤

Hi Stephanie. I love the themed family camping trip! And you beat the beastly heat while you were up at elevation (yay!). What a hot summer so far in California. Best outfit for hot weather for me so far this year is the (free) Orchard Sundress by Helen's Closet made out of Keepsake Calico by Joanne's (sturdy cotton woven) with a light rayon shirt with billowy raglan sleeves. I made the dress almost ankle length so I can wear it with sneakers and socks for walking. The air circulates wonderfully, so it's my favorite so far in high heat, Antonia

Oh Stephanie the camping look like a great time! I love camping with my family. I too grew up camping and loved it! I bought a camper las spring and now we have a seasonal lot at a private little camp ground! I’m enjoying it so much!

Wahoo! Great time with your family - all of them. What great memories you make! My favorite summer time dress is a t-shirt dress (made with knit fabrics using Love Notions Laundry Day Tee) but recently I've discovered that linen and linen blends make the best hot weather clothes. Old timers, remember the tent dresses from way back when . . . they're the best (along with central air conditioning), Thanks for sharing camping pictures.

Amazing trip and you are an amazing person! So much fun, so great to hear about it all. I have a very small family and would never camp but this almost makes me want to do it. I have 2 sons and they always went to summer camp through our church and have great memories. Thank you so much for sharing!

It sounds like you had such a blast on your trip. My camping trip went great too, and I posted some pics of the sewing project that was the gift I made for my best friend to instagram and tagged you in a comment. I am going to have to get that pattern, it looks so comfy! I might make one as a jumper to wear with shorts or leggings. I'll have to go get some knits though, I think all I have left in my stash is wovens.

Your family camp sounds fabulous :D Please send heat to Ireland, we have miserable summer recently - high 50/low 60 degrees Fahrenheit and rain, lots of rain. Can't wait to see what you will make next 😊

Hi, Stephanie! I am making a dress that will be coming out in the collaboration this Saturday that is sleeveless and I give you credit for me doing this dress because I'm calling it my "Free The Arms" dress!😅 You said "free the arms" in one of your videos, and I have been thinking about that ever since. This will be my first sleeveless dress... This will be my first sleeveless anything! 😅😅😅😅
