I am happy to see you back. I am at a similiar point right now. But more because I feel like I don't have the time to actual focus on drawing. Most of the time when my kids are in bed I am so tired to actually take the pencil in my hand. And rather play a game as well or watch a show. I needed to remind myself that right now it is the time to enjoy my little ones and start drawing again when they are older.

I'm sorry to hear about your grannie, but it's good that you took some time away to grieve and readjust your goals. Losing such a pivotal person in your life is tough and it's even tougher when you have to find a way to be creative. Gaming is such a great escape, and I find that it can also be inspiring. Create what you enjoy. Like in that movie, Field of Dreams, "If you build it, they will come." I'm here for your art journey. I joined your crew when I first started doing Inktober about 8 years ago. I am glad you are back and feel better. I missed your videos but I am glad you stepped back and didn't feel you have to give out content at any cost. Health comes always first and as you see - we are still here now that you are back. Make art you love, not art because you think the algorithm loves it. If everybody does what the algorithm loves no unique videos would be out there and we would see the same videos over and over again. Be true to yourself. Your art is so good and unique, your voice so soothing and your personality so friendly - you will always have an audience. That said - I understand you so well. I suffer from a mix of depression and burnout at the moment and some days to get out of bed is all I can manage and it feels huge. Stay healthy and positive but take breaks whenever you need them.

Welcome back man. I think it was maybe 5 years ago I found your channel with the grinch drawing. It inspired me to get into drawing again. I have my own home studio now for digital and hand drawn art and I’ve “invested” a small fortune in the best tools like my copics and multi liners. But your channel was the one that helped me to just find what works and run with it. So welcome back man. Can’t wait to see more My son is now training to be a tattoo artist and is coming on great. There's no point in having a channel if it doesn't give you an outlet for your actual work; it should serve you, not the other way around. As someone who has taken a very long break from art, and who is now doing their first run through of Elden Ring and loving it, l adore your rendering of the erdtree and the small branch (golden seed!). Have you thought of offering prints of this work in your shop? I do not know in detail the ins and outs of selling fan art and copyright but that is the only issue l see, as l’m sure that image would hit home with the many fans of Elden Ring. It certainly did with me. 👍🏼🙂 Also, know l am new to your channel and not sure whether art or Elden Ring was why l was recommended here - but here l am. So sorry for your loss and good luck on your new endeavors.

I have commented this on a couple KZbin channels because burn out is a real thing but, even if you posted one a month I would watch. I would rather you be inspired or create a piece of your art than worry about views or what you’d have to post/draw this week to get your channel noticed because monetizing your work is hard on the soul.
