Got my dog in October, also a rescue, a complete love. Potty. Training. Sucks. And she is a poop eater also. The struggle is real.

During the winter you may not get enough sunlight, causing a vitamin D deficiency. This can lead to depression, maybe try taking a vitamin D supplement to help. Glad to hear you are feeling better!

Yeah this is definitely something I need to get better with! I do have Vitamin D but I always forget to take it. I need to get into a better routine with my health. This spring will be the time! Let's do this! 🥰👏🏻
