I follow you on IG, so I'm learning about the union and why this strike is so important. I really hope and pray that positive change comes very quickly, and I also hope that the student filmmakers have their eyes open to what's going on as well. The last thing they want to do is to ruin their careers before they even start. Keep working on the rollerskating! Once you find your center of balance while having 4 wheels under each foot, you'll be unstoppable! I remember skating all over the place when I was growing up. I started out with metal skates that strapped to my shoes, then upgraded to real skates! I don't skate anymore due to my degenerative disk disease.. one bad fall and I'm paralyzed..but I do miss it! And your skates are GORGEOUS!!!

I’m only half way through but this is such an awesome video to show my 15yr old daughter. She’s going to be doing A levels in fine art and design and technology next year to help her with getting a tattoo apprenticeship. She’ll find this interesting and would love to subscribe to you. Sorry to hear of the deaths in your family. You’ve had so much going on and needed that time off to grieve along with moving too. I’m the same as far as recording and editing. Since uploading daily for last couple of weeks I’ve not had any free time for other things. I need to do a schedule where I’m recording and then days just for editing I think. It’s just that when I record I just want to edit and get it up. Yesterday it took 9 hours to record edit and post.

Im really happy for you, especially when what felt like not long ago you weren't sure a tattooing career wasn't feasible for you, here you are making your dreams come true!! I'm also am artist who lived in LA long enough to want nothing to do with working in showbiz (I have friends, costume designers, animators, fx artists etc who have always kept me aware of what its really like to have these careers,aagh) Im really encouraged by all the huge labor movements happening right now, what is the point of having a job if you still cant afford to live, you know?? Im making my dreams come true too, I started a welding course lol (i havent wanted to be a welder since i was a teen or anything, but ive definitely always wanted the skills to make HUGE art projects,wheee) its loud, dirty, and HOT work, but W O W it is so much easier to get out of bed when its to go do something you actually like doing? heck yeah

My boyfriend works in the staging industry. The pay has actually gone down after the pandemic hit. He is highly skilled at what he does and knows many different jobs. He's had to refuse working because it's more expensive to work than not working at all. A job that used to pay $25 per hour is now paying only $16 per hour or less, like $13 per hour.
