Hi Jack, long time viewer here since you had the OG lml and were in a town house. I wanted to say thank you for posting videos and inspiring me to do better and make dreams may come true. I love watching your videos and seeing how you go about your daily life, to growing and improving everyday. It makes me more aware that there’s way more opportunities and you can play around while still growing and building a better future. Keep killing it on the videos! I would love to see the other video. What about building a separate garage space to your flavoring and transform that existing space into workout area in the garage space and maybe a separate room/full bath for guest or like a mother in law suite

Should just build off that detached garage remove the back wall and make the add on taller and wider redo all the siding and just add on the same type of rock/stone so it looks like it was originally done that way

I think diesel or gas, I usually warm up my vehicle long enough to melt snow while I clean it, and hop into a warm interior. At most usually 5-10 mins. Everyone’s so divided on just drive away or warm up? I’m in the middle. In the summer I just drive away but in the winter after a few minutes or once de iced I’ll drive away and drive like a granny until I know my transmission, oil and coolant are warm

Why would you flip unless your doing 1031 exchange cause I'm not paying capital gains tax. I'm from swpa running a different play build 1400 sqft single family starter homes for 110k rent and then pull enough equity to build the next and still cash flow 800-1000 a month. With the extra equity sitting there till a big deal comes
