I'm buying & selling imported JDM kei trucks & cars, but BMW R1200GSA fits a Suzuki Carry bed.

What it's like importing kei trucks to sell in New England?
It is possible to load a BMW R1200 GS Adventure into a Suzuki Carry heavy dump bed. A longer wheelbase bike would have to sit on the tailgate too unless you put it in diagonally.

I loaded up my brother's Yamaha virago on the back of a Suzuki Carry with turf tires, and drove it down I-5 from Seattle Washington to Clackamas Oregon. Girlfriend was white knuckling while considering leaving me😂 Life is too much fun.

Have you considered a 5 speed manual transmission swap for the Mira walkthrough? Or maybe, getting a 1000cc Daihatsu engine and swapping out the 660cc engine.

We specifically wanted an automatic since this van was what my wife wanted to daily around. We have put about 800 miles on it since we got it now. I recently put fuel system cleaner stuff in and drove all day to do errands and burned out the tank. Upon filling up with Shell vpower 93 (because of all the detergent stuff they advertise) as I have been running regular 87 in it since we got it. It's like the car woke up and actually drives properly now. I have to drive it some more to document my finding. I do want to steal the 660 4 cylinder turbo fuel injected motor from the Mira TR-XX

@@AnythingWheeled If you keep the auto trans but upgrade the engine it should give you a decent boost in performance and drivability.

It's bad enough I'm buying mystery cars from Japan and am becoming the aftermarket support for super low production AZ-1. I can't even imagine what 25+ year old mystery Chinese cars would be like. I'm gonna stick with "we don't do that here"

Sorry if I came across the wrong way, no hate. I just wouldn't even know where to start but I would have an idea of how to do it on the US end if need be. Thinking of how the Chinese auto industry has evolved in the past 2 decades, what would even be around for us to pick at since they have to be 25+ years old to bring in road legal?
