My swedish grandpa made potatiskorv (we all called it korv) every Christmas when I was a kid. I am so pumped to try and recreate this

Oh yeah, a trip down memory lane. Potato sausage, meatballs and a sweet type of baked beans that made the Christmas dinners so great. Inlagd sill for appetizers... I wish I had a recipe for the beans. All of my family recipes disappeared when the Tubb's fire took out the house in 2017. Thanks for this Ry, and God Jul to you!!
