My store is very rich and has millions of dollars, I can get 15k cash in 5 mins, but sometimes it'll get really bad and i'll get only 10k cash in 10 mins or even 2k cash in 10 mins. What is wrong with the store?

An inconsistent server perhaps? If you play on public servers, they might overload at times and slow down.

@@Roem I know what went wrong. On that particular server the guards weren't doing a very good job and MANY items got stolen. Usually in a server nothing gets stolen only 1 or 2 sometimes

I feel like 4,9 rating is way different to 5 rating,i have bought electric parking spot(i dont remember it name) but when i click on the customer appear when store is about 4,8 rating it mostly carry about 400 bucks then my store 5 rating the new customer now have 1k buck boost my income reach 50k less than half a hour. Since the game control maximum car and customer and even bus and metro, we should change from focuse on parking spot to 5 stars rating. Hey pls make video about parking spot i think parking spot have max car cap because never max my parking spots are full even i buy biggest signs(50k) also the bus stop when i have too much using parking spot it dont appear any customer but when i remove all then it appear customer,make video pls

To make it simple and short: There is a max customer cap at around 40-50 vehicles. Bus and tram dont add to the bonus, they just replace some vehicles. I also dont think 4,8 -> 5 should matter too much. And even if it does, the extra space needed to consistently have 5 star crowdedness is so large that it is better to sacrifice some crowdedness in order to make the store smaller and more efficient. If you look at the endgame layout for example, the layout might actually be a little too large, and buses might not even be necessary for efficient income. So in summary: I think you just randomly picked some poor customers ^^

I'm having a problem with EV parking spots right now XD the description implies that a costumer would have 1000+ more money (or did I understand it wrong?), but it seems like it's just the same amount as costumers from normal parking spots when I checked their profiles... I rejoined the game, still the same thing... what exactly does EV parking spots do for me?

EV parking spots boost your customers money. Not necessarily by a lot. But in general, 1 EV spot earns the same as 1,5 normal spots. It also costs a lot more though.

Its fast. It delivers less than the airship for example, but a lot faster. Its better in a way that it delivers small amounts back and forth really quickly.

Depends on your store. It is Great for a mall, but the helicopter with its swift deliveries is a lot better for smaller more efficient money earning layouts.

I think the game kind of runs through checks every once in a while. If there happens to be a busy desk as the check is run, the customer will believe the desk still is busy later. A way of preventing it, is to just add more finance rep desks so there always is 1 available at all times.

i've been playing retail tycoon for a while now but i don't understand why i don't earn money, like it just stays at 30k+ and never increases. I sell food, clothing, electronics, vegetables, school stuff, paint, luggage and vacuums. am i doing anything wrong?

You need to specialize in something, I recommend to sell furniture (you can also sell electronics), also you need to improve your shop by following a good tutorial. I've seen a lot of times this mistake of building a big shop, this is bad because the customers needs to walk even more, causing for you to lose customers.

Why are you selling vegetables and school stuff and food and luggage and paint and vacuums? The reason why people dont earn is because they build a "supermarket" themed store but the key is to sell electronics first then sell furniture to accumulate money trees.

I bet the reason for your poor earnings could be either of these: 1. Bad security, items being stolen. 2. Bad server, either a private server kept open for too long, or a bad public server. 3. The manager, the manager is set at a percentage that makes it buy lots of backup items that still havent filled up. 4. Too many workers, just pause some in that case. Or at last 5. You dont sell good money earning items, following for example the money guide will make you earn to your highesr potential. Hope it helps 😁

Get a bus stop

First you need the possibility to get more customers. You can either build some parking spots, bus stops or a tram station. Then to boost the amount, you can build one larger sign (they do not stack!). At last you can try to get around 5 star decoration (I've got a guide on it) to boost it the last amount.
