Thank you for the explanation. I had to start a new store because I hired a manager too early and didn't know how to use them and I went bankrupt with -27k cash. I sold everything to see if I could just set up a smaller store and start from there but I only got up to 12k which is less than just starting out on a completely new save.

But if you are doing a small store with large amount of parking spot then you should do 150%(instant) because the goods will disapear so fast that your manager dont have enough time to buy goods so you ended up with less goods sold.

I've been using managers early by earning enough to sell game consoles and electronics and setting their purchase power at 50% until i garner around the 12k mark where I can comfortably do 100% purchases without downing my economy too much

Got confused with the "spending limit", but just found out that means more level means the manager can buy more expensive item. Like my manager when he's level 1 he can only buy low price goods like snacks, beverages. And once he's level 2 he can buy more expensive items like furnitures.

I fit all the boxes, over 20 parking spots, big delivery truck is maxed driver, but my manager keeps making me hover around 0. I got up when someone buys, then back down right away when she buys. I can barely buy a trashcan before she buys something else. I want to sell all items in the store, not just furniture. Furniture is one of the products that sells double what you buy, so if if I put 200% I won't operate at loss (ex. customer buys product for 400, manager orders 2 for 360, 180 each). However the same can't be said for other products that sell less than double. I thought I just need to wait till everything in the store is full and it'll return to normal, have to break-even or something, but its not working. I can't get back up!!

In theory every item should break even as long as your expenses arent too high. If you have 20 workers, it might be 10k/hr paying those guys. So items like food doesnt come out too good. Furniture however earns tons, in fact a large store with 20 parking lots where 10 are EV, you can expect 300k/hr net. So if you still struggle earning, do you play on a private server?

I can do that, but I dont think it is necessary. Simply explained: expensive items sell the best, if they have good value. All cheap items sell bad, items around 100 sell mid, and expensive items with good value sell really good.

200% stocking is way too high specially when you have expensive items like jwellery. If you have 100 jwellery, he is going buy 100 more to keep in storage, that's $85,000 extra. My advice, turn off instant delivery + 125% or less stocking + Big vehicle to deliver your goods. Do some delivery yourself too.

200% works fine, but you might go negative in the beginning. Eventually you Will earn and there is No problem. What you can do when selling jewelry is to use the corner shelves instead of the normal ones, then the manager wont cost you as much. The general reason to have 200% is when you sell items that only stock as 1 so you always have extras.

It fills empty shelves that are assigned items. Simple and easy. If you buy shelves, but dont assign them, it wont buy stuff.

The managers job is to buy inventory for the wharehouse, and the delivery driver (or you) delivers it. You need to hire restockers who will stock the shelves instead of managers

1. A bad server might be the main cause for low earnings, or a manager that still stocks ig. The only last way could be robberies. But generally just play on a private server, and you will be good. 2. Set the finance rep on "any", that works well enough. For 6-8 parking lots I suggest 2 finance reps, maybe 3. At last, no my videos actually are doing far greater than ever before, but I gotta admit, this was the worst lifestream I have ever had when it came to viewers.

It really depends on whether or not you feel like you need more backup in the storage. At 200%, 1 manager Will buy 200% of what the store need, whilst 2 managers will buy in total 300%, so 3x what the store needs 😁
