Hi Jelen it's Don again with you, for the adobo I'll give you the original ingredients and cooking process. Marinating: Wash and then marinate the meat for 3-5 minutes in a bowl. Add all ingredients, half cup of water, 1 tblspoon oil, soy sauce, vinegar, whole pepper, powdered pepper, basil leaves, and pressed garlic 1 cloves (no sugar). Cooking: preheat frying pan, remove the marinated meat by hand, not include sauce in it and set aside the marinate solution (do not throw, you need it later). Put in the frying pan, stear from time to time in 5 minutes, when the meat get soft and runs out of liquid and turns oily a bit, then pour the marinated liquid (your set aside) to the soft meat. Wait until the sauce it becomes caramel, and thats it. Good Kid Jelen, love watching your kitchen work😊😊❤

That's beautifully executed of our Filipino dishes... I think Germans can relate the taste of Sinigang being sour as sauerkraut . Many Filipino food is very appetizing ...it's so good even you're full you still want to eat because of the taste! :) I think "DINUGUAN" sould suit well there too... as parts of Europe do eat blood pork sausage ..in this case in Germany too as Blutwurst.. so therefore to some Germans may like it!
