That's beautifully executed of our Filipino dishes... I think Germans can relate the taste of Sinigang being sour as sauerkraut . Many Filipino food is very appetizing ...it's so good even you're full you still want to eat because of the taste! :) I think "DINUGUAN" sould suit well there too... as parts of Europe do eat blood pork sausage ..in this case in Germany too as Blutwurst.. so therefore to some Germans may like it! I'm sure you perfected the taste of the Adobo and the Sininigang... now you made me hungry too!... Thank you Jelena!
