My sister was craving for CHICKEN ADOBO during pregnancy,so I arrived in Latvia and prepared for her

During my sister's 3rd pregnancy, she had a strong craving for Chicken Adobo. So, upon arriving in Latvia, I decided to make it for her. I prepared both Chicken Adobo and Pork Adobo 2 in 1, but biggest this Filipino dish fan is my my sweet little niece. She was the most excited about it! Jelena, I can suggest you wash the chicken and pork with white vinegar and salt separately first, wash well with water ( this way to “deodorize”soma of the meat smell) before cutting them. Then, you fry the pork first with garlic then take it off the pan, and fry garlic with the chicken next. Now, take the chicken out and put back the pork, add some water to soften it, then add chicken when pork in mid-soft. Add soy sauce, pepper and leaf, stir once in awhile until they absorb the sauce, Add 2-3tsp of vinegar, stir until almost all liquids dried, then serve!! If you can expertly do it right, everyone will enjoy it! However, you cook the “chicken and adobo” very well and am glad your sister loves it!! See you in the Philippines soon!!🫶🏻🇵🇭👌

Yes chicken and pork combine I cook that all the time, when I was in Singapore I cook for my boss and they likes it. Also you can add hard boiled egg too, without the shell 😂😂😂
