It's worse than OK'ing a design, what made Nike think it was a good idea to change the flag of England? I'm willing to bet they were asked to change it and it would be interesting to see who and why. As for the Arsenal badge it was changed so that they could regain copyright and control who made merchandise since there was a decision the old badge wasn't copyrightable (I think)

It looks like a clear and deliberate attempt to impose a "trans" flag on the English flag to me. Nike have got history stirring the pot in the trans debate and I don't believe for a second these colours were chosen by accident. It's an unbelievably condescending and arrogant thing to do as well as an absolute insult to the English people - but WTF did whoever at the FA think they were doing approving it? Whosoever was involved in that decision needs sacking.
