The bread was incredible!! I have made Japanese milk bread before, but my trip there has inspired me to make it again, along with a few other Japanese staples! Watch this space! 💖🙌😻

That spiral potato looked AMAZING! I had something similar in Pella Iowa at the Dutch Festival. It's a Dutch thing as well I guess?

Yep! Dutch, Australian, Japanese, Korean! In Mexico, it's called "espiropapas". The Korean name translates to "tornado potato"! 💖

Haha! I had to buy another suitcase for all the cat stuff and food I bought - and I still had to restrain myself! I didn't get to spend much time in some of their famous department stores, so I'll be going back in a few years time to collect more black cat stuff for sure! Thanks so much for watching, Carol! 💖😻

Bravo!!! I have been waiting to watch this when I had time and it did not disappoint!! I felt I was there with you! And its most likely the closest I will ever get to Japan. Chris was born in Hiroshima! They have such amazing looking food , Onigiri is awesome! Salmon and cheese sushi? Wow! We love Okinomiyaki! I know the highlight was Cat Island! The Vending Machines are simply amazing too.

I hope you and Chris visit Japan some day! We're already planning our next trip, although we'll more than likely head north to Hokkaido next time. We'd love to spend more time in Hiroshima and Miyajima Island. A day wasn't long enough. Next time we'll do 1.5 days in Hiroshima and 1.5 days on Miyajimi. There's so much to see and do! This trip was basically a chance to see (and eat) as much as possible in 12 days! If you ever decide to plan a holiday to Japan, just shout and I'll happily help you! 💖😻

What a gastronomy of Japanese flavors. Are you sure you didn't miss anything. What, no Sumu wrestling?? Just Sushi ay.. I have Japan on the bucket list. My X neighbor is going in February. What a fantastic trip. No doubt you'll return to gobble up some more of their fine and artistic cuisine. Lots of memories. Thank you Mr Editor for putting all this together. A great job well done. Cheers Daniella 👍🤤😀

There were so many things we ate, and didn’t film, mostly due to being exhausted from jet lag!! We didn’t even film my favourite food of the journey - Melon Pan!! I’d highly recommend a visit, John! The food alone is worth the trip :) We are already planning our next journey! Thanks so much for watching! I always appreciate it and look forward to hearing from you! 😻😻

Thanks so much for watching!! It was such an amazing adventure and I really do miss Japan. I'd love to go back again sometime in the future and maybe try some of the foods in the north! Been to Japan a few times and miss the food there. The place is safe and sports the largest city on Earth. It all looks fabulous! If I ever return, I will spend a day just eating and drinking from vending machines alone! I think the best food in the world is out of Japan. Love this footage. Cat Shrine! YES! 7-11 is really nice, better than Hong Kong! Japanese Pizza! Great VIDEO!

Wow that was fantastic!! It is so beautiful there! It looks busy and exciting and not dangerous.😄Except for the sweet deer. That was surprising to see. I would not think you would see random deer just hanging around busy areas in Japan. That animal in my mind is a Canada / U.S friend. That food looked amazing! You have set a precedent . Where will your next trip video be?🤔🙏🇨🇦💐😸 Marilyn from Ontario❤️
@BlackCatKitchen

Thanks so much, Marilyn! Deer are pretty common in Japan! They have a fair few parks where they run wild. Rabbits, too!! We loved filming this video. We have a few holidays planned in the next year, so maybe we will do some filming! And we’ll especially do some eating!! Thanks as always for watching and commenting!! ❤️❤️
