Absolute inspiration! I myself am a juri main too but tbh I’m terrified of playing ranked with her because some days I have really bad runs and I don’t want the rank to define where my “skill level” is. You got this!!!

As someone who has always had anxiety playing ranked in any competitive game, go for it. You might be surprised at the growth you see. This is the first game I decided to go for it and unsurprisingly to me I started out at Iron 1. 250 hours later I'm sitting at Diamond 5 working on getting my first character into master. If my dumb ass can do it, you definitely can.

I have this same issue, but lately I've been running like 10 ranked games a session, win or lose. I need the MU exp, and if you change your mentality to" Play to learn, not to win" the silly little number/rank becomes an indication of learning and progress, as opposed to just wins. Push yourself, thats the ONLY way to get better
@DeathsWarmEmbrace66611 ай бұрын
Also replay Analysis is so important. if you start to have a bad session, or get tilted, take 10 or 15 minutes to watch a few losing/winning replays to really take note of what you did well/bad. It's hard to self analyze during the game, but you really start to see your strong/weak areas through watching replays

Thanks so much for the video, I also have ADHD and you were able to put my feelings into words like no one else has when it comes to mastering your craft. You also shed light on something I had no idea about with the RSD. Thank you so much, here's to hoping I can take this and grow from it knowing what I know now, and keeping this video in mind when I'm struggling. Cheers!

I love the fact you highlighted the mental aspect of fighters, if you get tilted, you're going to make bad decisions. mental game is just as important(if not MORE important) as execution and MU knowledge. Loving this series

Just want to say this is an incredible piece of work from a video composition standpoint. Also, it's nice to see and remember the upsides after my own brutal night of tilt and performance anxiety.

I usually like the content but am I the only one who doesn’t like the idea of “Smurfing- the game” as a series. Beating 99 players straight who are not on your level seems unfair. No wonder they didn’t to want run it back, they could tell you weren’t a true plat.

How would I get to master rank? The game should have put me in master rank already that’s not on me!
@treyesprings7311 ай бұрын
@@BigNastyKail I had to start a new account and after placement matches it started me in diamond. I’m not as good as you, why did it start you so low?
@BigNastyKail11 ай бұрын
@treyesprings73 well obviously the point of the video is to show the grind from start to finish. My placements I went like 3-7 because I wanted it to place me low. So I’m not saying I’m not smurfing. My miscalculation (and a fault of the system imo) is even if placed in rookie ( the journey has been documented on my episodes) I should have been pushed faster. I hit plat VERY QUICK but once I hit plat my streak bonus stopped. I expected to go through the low ranks but I expected it to be 1 MAYBE 2 episodes. Hell, this episode was suppose to be a marathon until master but it was over 6 hours in 2 sessions (anxiety was a bit much) and even tho I lost 2 matches I barely made it to diamond. Rofl So I’m not disagreeing that I’m smurfing, that was something I knew people weren’t gonna like. I just didn’t expect to be going into episode 5 doing this. But plat+ is fair imo. IMPORTANT. I’m telling a story about me as a player so it’s given me time to show me when I’ve not had friction and how I am when I am met with friction. I’m getting to that point. I do appreciate the feedback tho and the conversation about this
