Kinda bothers me and it's funny how anyone devious enough to get him assassinate in any of these occassions could do it but since Mittermeyer is such a nice guy with no further ambitions, no one tries to kill him and when they accidentally shot his warship in war his people would quickly seek for revenge.

@@ythandlename Mittermeyer is a good man without ambition, who rose to power only for the single reason that he was the most qualified person for the job. Assassinating him would draw the wrath of the entire Galactic Empire towards you and the group you associate with, and would also make the lives of literally every single person worse.
