I am so glad you’re doing things for yourself!!! I keep wondering why I’ve aged so much… then I look into all the care stuff and anti-aging stuff and realize- I have a 3 yr old… solo… so I just keep hoping when she’s in school I will get some vibrancy back 😂 or the space and time to do some anti-aging things lol
