Praying for you really hard! This was so heartbreaking for me to see your pain and your strength amazes me. Made me cry. Your strength is amazing and inspirational but I felt it when you said you didn’t know how you could possibly be any stronger. You are truly an inspiration and you have reminded me not to take one little thing for granted. Not one pain free day! I can and do relate to the “gi issues” oxy is so bad for that I know, and how miserable you feel when that happens oh gosh do I know! I did only Tylenol my last surgery because if it and suffered….I can’t imagine if I needed it more like you what I would do instead. So glad you found alternatives. When you said you may have a spinal compression it reminded me of my operation on my back where I was opened & they removed a disc to release the pressure & oh my after a few weeks my back felt much better. Chronic pain is the worst 🤗. I’ve managed some pain clinical trials in the past and I learned that there is a thing called pain ‘wind up’ where pain can get a lot worse if uncontrolled. Ask your doctor but you might be better off taking lower doses of OxyContin more consistently than stopping and starting- just a thought. Love your singing - you have a beautiful voice!! 💕

I was getting in a pretty good groove here this last week but new sternum pain has me crippled in agony. I am not even sure what it is yet... have a message out to my team... it sounds like it could be costochondritis? I have swelling and heaviness on my chest and I can't move my arms or upper body without shreaking. I can't live on oxy round the clock because it makes me feel drugged up and sad and I have a business and 3 teens and just can't imagine how I would function on narcotics all day. Oh, sweetie, I’m so sorry you’re having such an awful time of it. I recently went on a different diet, and then had terrible constipation. So I had to stop eating cheese entirely, and limit myself to only half a banana, occasionally. I love, love cheese! 😞 But those are two things that are very very constipating, unfortunately. Maybe try those dietary restrictions and see if it helps. Much love and big hugs. Dig deep-you are stronger than you think.

You should definitely try playing 'healing prayer' utube videos, they offer healing prayer for the veiwer or listener. They're a blessing because they're free, we just play the video and listen to them pray. Some of them have been very healing for me and my family. My son had chest pain and it went away when we started playing one of Benny Hinn's healing prayer videos. I hope you try them out, be healed in Jesus' name dear.

I have so many offers of help from friends and family and I'm so thankful for this. I've been getting meals delivered and errands run and the hardest part is coming up with something for them to do for me when they ask to help. I'm no good at letting people help me clean my house which is what I probably need the most 😅

Cancer sucks. I’m hope the taxol works for you and helps reduce pain by reducing pain. I have stage 4 cancer too at 36 years old. I experience pain too. I wouldn’t try to avoid pain meds take them as you need them to comfort yourself. Are you in palliative care? I take a long acting pain med and Oxy for breakthrough pain. Palliative care can help get pain more under control and assess. They have really helped me with managing organ pain. I hear steroids can help with bone pain too glad they are helping you I am doing radiation treatment called PRRT. I actually inquired about death with dignity eventually the pain is too much at times. God please help everyone with cancer
