As per vid. Still can't move outta chair for B/P but I DID IT! Be it only 50ml Fortisip, I did it!!!!!! With Mum. :) I'm scared out my brains but proud and still in shock...............

i just found your channel and i can't even express how proud of u i am. anorexia is fucking horrible, i've gone thru it as well and it left me with permanent stomach issues and fatigue even tho i reached a healthy weight years ago and the dark thought still haunt me from time to time. if you're still here, please take it one step at the time, take care of yourself and remember that you deserve recovery. it might take a long time but it's worth it love.

Just for info- I'm now back in bed too weak to do ANYTHING ATM.... Mum carried me up and brought up my medications and everything and elevated my legs... My body feels like it's shutting down today in a way I've not felt before........ Love y'all. XXX

I watch is, knowing it's an old vid of yours, but i reminds me of how hard the first steps are, no matter how small they are. A "small" step according to a person can signify a huge one for another. With you beautiful and compassionate mother here, you have done it. On that very moment, you have done it and you were proud of yourself and your mom and your whole audience was. Just want you to know we are still if not not even more prouf now, because you keep fighting. Might feel like it wins sometimes, perhaps most of the times, but you are still here and that makes you are a survivor. Big hug darling.

My body went into Physical shock as it's been over 6 months since I've ingested anything with nutrition/calories until 3-4pm in the day when I have a glass of cider- however, after the coupla hours in bed, I've gotten up again and am sipping water n pepsi-max now n Mum is going to attempt to take me Tesco but may ask for a wheelchair (I feel a bit embarrassed but they're scared for me so I understand). It's the 1st baby step to replacing Fortisip for Cider, bit by bit. XXXXX
