Exactly my point. Used to be a time when the police would pick them up but not any more. Just f’in cameras now

Totally agree about Daytime running lights, so many people at night with no rear lights on. The biggest issue currently is the headlights on modern cars, They used to light a few cars ahead and to the left (Dipped). Now they light so much further both sides of the road and brighter. Would be fine if roads are perfectly flat but find so many of coming traffic with blinding lights.
