Wassup Chance?! I just love the fireplace, especially the stone work, just needs a pantry, with that deck, I'll have screened in with a barbecue and a place for a picnic table that all leads to a patio with a screened in gazebo with a built in fireplace with brick or stone around it as well.

When I was a realtor it would drive me nuts when they would let the lightbulbs go out and the seller/owner/property manager wouldn't care. Looks really bad on them. Also, a lot of people want lots of light, especially in a bathroom. Lots of times buyers can't imagine what they are seeing so a dark room is dark to them. Kinda like when people paint a room orange and your possible buyer freaks out how the room is ugly and small. It's a paint issue, a simple fix. All you need to do is go down pick up a gallon of paint ($50-$150 a gallon depending on the paint you use) and it's fixed! Sorry for the rant/novel size comment. LOL Love the video's Chance!! Keep up the excellent work.

Sorry for your loss. Lovely home, but I would loose the sink in the utility room to make room for a freezer. Then get rid of the tub in the Master, for a vanity space with drawers. Then it would be perfect! IMPO!

Beautiful wall colors they chose..Love the front door with the glass effect...Those doors are absolutely TopNotch..I'm guessing it's the actual doningroom..That backslash is very nice and goes well with the kitchen cabinets..The kitchen is gorgeous..The bedrooms are spacious and roomy enough to walk around in comfortably. THE ARCHITECT AND DESIGN TEAM DID AMAZING JOB ON TH I S HOUSE..I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS HOME. 😀🌻🌞🌼☀️🌝

Such a nice home, but no walk in pantry ? The one wall of the dining area should have a walk in pantry there with the door facing the kitchen. Plenty of room and still have a large dining area. I like the way the bedrooms and bathrooms are layed out. Great for privacy / noise between the rooms.

This one was very nice. A little big, but would be great for a family. I REALLY liked that it wasn't staged! I wish they would do more like that; sometimes there is just too much furniture and misc. in the homes. You like to be able to visualize your own items and it is easier to do with no other furniture, etc. Not sure about the mint green walls, but it sure was nice not to see gray again!! Thanks again for a great video!

So far so good. Front porch had two out side wall plugs, The kitchen had a great number of drawers and overhead cabinets for dishes and glassware. I really liked the door off the dining room instead of the normal slider. The front door was really nice. I'm a big fan of the two basin country sink. Yes, wood selves and rods in the closets. I really like the privacy of the baths from the living areas for te off bedrooms. privacy for guests. The shower in the master bath is exactly what I would like. The master closets perfect. Just give me two medicine cabinets behind those mirrors. This is the most complete I have seen in a long time.

Great house, Chance! I'm always happy seeing a bench in the shower. I know it seems simple, but when you get older, it matters. I have a bad back and currently am nursing a torn meniscus. Benches in my shower would make cleaning up less painful.

Yes its been a while since I have been on here but I take care of my 89 year old mother 24/7 she loves the lord and loves to sing praise and she keeps talking about her first husband that was killed in a car accident in 1964. She misses him greatly and I feel like sometimes she might go to be with Jesus and her husband too soon. I'm sure it might be hard for me because I am with her all the time, for 25+ year's now since I came home. God bless you and your wife and children 🙏 ❤

Super nice!! The only thing I would change would be a freestanding tub in the master bath. Not crazy about double sinks. I'd love to have all that counter space with the sink in the middle, cabinets under the sink, a bank of drawers to one side and space for my cats motorized litter box on the other side with an electrical plug under the counter space. I usually don't watch the double wide videos. I really like the single wides. But, this home is beautiful.

Beautiful house Chance! I love almost everything about it! Front porch is great and although it's an open floor plan the kitchen is not right in your face when you walk into the door. I'm sure that when the place is furnished it would look even better! Love those countertops, the room sizes and the closets! Only thing I would change is the location of the water heater. And, I would screen in the porch. Oh, yeah, had to come back to add how much I love that backsplash in the kitchen and the pocket door into the master closet!
