Would you elaborate why they induced you ? I’m just curious . Im 35 weeks and 2 days todya and I’m definitely experiencing what you’re expressing like the hicks with cramps etc major pelvic pain.

Hi! I was diagnosed pretty early on with a condition called ICP. It is considered high risk and it is recommended to induce at around 36 weeks because of the severity. I had it before and was able to tell right away when the symptoms started and got checked out. I have never made it past 37ish weeks. But I can say that I was pretty miserable during the last weeks. Maybe because I am on the shorter side? I don’t know exact why 😅. But it doesn’t hurt to ask your ob if you think it may be signs of early labor. Remember that nobody will be a bigger advocate for you than yourself🤍. Hope you have a healthy rest of your pregnancy and have a healthy happy baby 💚

May I ask what kind of induction did you get ? I’m getting induced Monday with an foley bulb and I’m very nervous as I keep looking online and it seems everyone has a bad experience:(

Hi! I have a birth vlog from my experience ☺️. I have had the foley bulb followed by pitocin twice and didn’t have a bad experience. It is uncomfortable when you first get it and can hurt, but it gets the job done. This labor and delivery went so much faster than my last induction. I had a great team and once my body started doing its job, everything moved super fast. Once pushing started, she was out in a little over 5 minutes. I hope you have a smooth induction! I was so scared about it this time and had a positive experience. I hope you do as well ❤️
