Well since you asked, I'm very grateful for this beautiful video and message you just shared. What a stunning and peaceful place you found there. Of course, we can all find this place if our eyes are open to it. There is no one special place because it is all special. Even if I were locked up in a prison cell, there is still gratitude to be found. Your health. Your breath. A roof over your head. A warm meal. The company of others. You spread a powerful message. I pray it continues to reach all those who seek it. Please keep up your amazing work ❤

I am grateful for all of the good events that have happened to me, and the bad, because they both shaped me. Yesterday, I had the best day out of my 10th grade year, and also yesterday I was in the worst event I've been in as well. But, they both helped me equally.

I am grateful for the present, after a long unnecessary dispute with the current 'state of things', I am grateful for this chance and for the bittersweet experience. I vow to cultivate mindfulness to feel the ebbs and lows without judgement and to maintain my relationships, sincerely and with a bit more of love. Thank you

I'm so grateful to a trainee wellbeing practitioner in Cornwall who told me about the Medito app. I have used it each day (well, almost!) and it has helped me tremendously ,it's taught me to look at what I have and be thankful for those around me It moved my negativity to positivity by appreciating the love I have from so many sources of beauty and caring.

I'm grateful for life, especially after a near death experience in 2013, which resulted in me being resuscitated and placed in a medical coma for 5 days. The medics were doubtful that I would survive, but I did. I spent a total of 4 months in hospital, underwent 3 major surgeries, and various procedures. I caught sepsis 2 additional times and was unable to eat conventionally for 6 months. I have a long-term condition or disability and my life has changed dramatically, but I witnessed some of the best of humanity during my stay in the hospital. I met inspiring people, who I would have not ordinarily met. I learned the value of life and realised my own worth. I wouldn't want to go through what I went through again, but I am grateful for the experience.

Thanks for the Medito app and thanks for the message you are sharing in this video. Grateful for you, Medito app, Hamza who let me know about meditation and you and just God blessing me and everyone with this beautiful gift of life. I am though a bit stressed about something, I'm a Physics student (2nd year undergraduate), and the point is....I like poetry, I wanna write poetry that I can do for life. I wanna get into business like and I'm working on my channel rn and the main thing is like....should I pursue physics further in life or business or what... Just like I'm very stressed about this. I wanna give my parents the world and all they deserve. I can't see me just working in a lab forever though I love astrophysics. I wanna make an impact in this life

Eckhart Tolle says that we have two purposes in life, our inner purpose and our outer purpose. Everyone's inner purpose is the same - to awaken to the present moment. Our outer purpose is then what we pursue in the world. He suggests that if we prioritize our inner purpose, our outer purpose will fall into place. So continue to practice mindfulness, with acceptance, non-judgement and a sense of compassion for yourself and for others, and I'm sure your outer purpose will become clear.

@@NRC131Gthank you so much! Even Shree Krishna (A divine form of God in Indian context), says about to never focus entirely what's gonna happen in the future. Our purpose is our mission, our responsibilities and present is the gift we hold. It's so ironic, any more desire we fulfil it just never ends. All we have is us, and a body worth infinite.
