I've had the App for over two years now. It's gone through some changes and I love it again. Today I attempted to make a donation but I'm troubled giving up my Tel. Number. I'd give my email address but that's as far as I'd go. I'll check again in a few months if there's a way to support the App anonymously.

Is it normal to get really sleepy and almost fall asleep/enter that weird almost dream mind state right before u fall asleep or do I need to be less tired to do this properly lol it's jus hard to focus on counting when I'm almost half dreaming 😅

They say sickness comes because your body is reacting to something your NOT doing or saying. Eg. A sore throat may get worse or even turn into Strep throat if your not Saying what you need to be. Oh, don't shoot the messenger, Im just relaying something I heard just this morning and well, we all mnow there are no coincidences so I felt the need to relay this to you. In my own experience seeking and trying to see my "true self" which is as they say the pure awareness for years, I failed 😅 I've been practicing meditation, had some retreat, satsang, self inquiry, contemplating, I couldn't find it. I try to turn the awareness to itself, be aware of awareness, just be etc etc I just can't find anything but experience. So I came to conclusion that what real is just and always experience, thus my experience is what reality is.

Daniel, you should produce a "DSM" of your own with your foundation. It could majorly bring legitimacy and guidance to the space, and also dovetail with the mainstream since the mainstream loves manuals and systems. 😁👍 If anyone knows Daniel's contact information you could send this idea to him 🙏

Focus on breath only. If your mind wanders, bring it back. This would be a kind of "biscep curl" for your brain to become more mindful.

A lot of us have a tough time setting aside time for ourselves. I guard a half hour of my day just for my meditation practice and let my family know ahead of time what I’m doing. I also have found that earbuds and an eye mask help me to pull my focus to the inner work. They don’t block out all the light or noise but they help me to experience less distractions. I hope that helps someone!
