I hate how he left that woman like that. He lured her in with his beautiful charm and singing, only to leave her like dust in the wind. Great documentary, but the end was sad. Glad Cesarin' at least gets to know his dad.

I am wondering who the girlfriend is , personally for me , seeing them both , was the best part of the documentary. The rest was to plain, I would rate it a 2 out a 10 .

He was honest with her since the start and she understood plus she also has her own family in her country.

This documentary was well made and only covered a small part of his life. Hoping that if you haven’t seen it already you give yourself the opportunity to view someone else’s life and struggles with out the need to judge them. I hope he’s doing well, and may his story help others understand the reality of living abroad.

I would love to know what was the purpose of this movie ? Who had the idea ? I really really think is depressing because they are so so good stories around the us that can inspire to another level. It made me sad and mad at the same time . I’m illegal too I been here for 10 years and of course it was hard but I don’t think it’s about luck , it depends on you and your goals and how much you want for you and your family. Have a plan and make it happen ! Learn the language make friends and be open minded to do different trades and skills . Man and you can own and have whatever the hell you want !

I would not say the purpose but the point. The purpose for the creators is to make money bc is their job but the point to me is solidarity bc many immigrants are and have been in the same situation. Now, you would have to ask the director so he can give you his point. I believe in luck bc circumstances have a lot to do in how able you are to do and not do things you want to do. If you are born to poor ignorant parents, that is already bad luck before you could anything about it; if you are born to poor parents in a poor country is already bad luck compare to someone born in Sweden for example. If you are born to rich parents, is already an advantage. Of course luck exist and is real.

@@josebarragan6627 El nunca dijo que iba a dejar a su esposa por ella si es que pusiste atencion. El no esta bien parecido tampoco como para pedirle que se consiga algo mejor. No es ser inmaduro pedir escuchar la opinion de otros. Podria apostar que la esposa que tiene en Mexico, ya ha tenido sus aventuras tambien o crees tu que despues de 16 años sin un marido en casa, a ella no se la han ensartado otros. Good grief. The 1st 7 minutes should have been called "Watching a Mexican Guy Collect Cans". I could have sat on my street in LA. and watched that. Painfully boring. I will say the rest of the movie was ok. 3 of 5 stars

J Delgado, i agree. I almost stop watching but i am glad i gave it time and the rest was ok to good. I also gave it 3 stars out of 5 which means is watchable.

This is a good documentary, it's hard to see all the Mexicans in US work and their family waste their money and when they get back mexico they have nothing
