@@Garbagepond nope!!! i used my fingers!! every case of cerebral palsy is different and it affects people in different ways!! i’m able to stand and walk for very short distances, but there are some people with cerebral palsy, like the comic, who are able to walk without assistance.

Her delivery is better than most comics I've seen. I assume based on her perceived age that she's relatively young and potentially less experienced as a result, which only makes good delivery that much harder. She hit the nail on the head with "authentic woman" ! 😂

Her confidence, the inflections at just the right moments and the way she works the stage is great. She isn't funny because she's disabled. She would be funny even if she weren't. It's her personality and stage presence and how she delivers the jokes, it's hilarious!

Tina has such an talent of disarming all the preconceived ideas people hold about us, giving them the green light to laugh, instantly making everyone comfortable with her disability- phenomenal talent. I have multiple sclerosis. I'm "dynamically disabled" as an article put it. Some times I'm A Okay, and other times I act a lot like Tina. It's great and heartwarming to see comedy from disabled people. I like to make jokes about my issues. I keep the jokes fairly light-hearted. This kind of stuff really lights up my day, 😊 Drag queens are have also been great at roasting me in a not-offensive-to-me hilarious way.

She’s funny! I related to her immediately. My favorite line was “if I could snap my fingers“ I have come down with a rare neurological disorder and have a lot of difficulties with my neuromuscular skeletal things. And it’s happened slowly over the last two years and I just really understand how brilliant she is in turning the lens out words, and making it so simple to view any difficulties with a very humane lens. Some of us movie absolutely healthy on the outside and completely disabled on the inside. Genius.

Ok this was a PERFECTLY-written and executed set!!! All of her jokes landed and even tho I’m watching on my phone, I literally clapped laughing. 😂😂😂 I know we shouldn’t look at her as “inspiration” but as an able-bodied person, I will alway cheer for representation for those in the disability community. It isn’t homogenous but it really is helpful to see others living their dream and inspiring others to do what they love the best way they can. ❤

I’ve been following Tina on TikTok for a little bit after one of her videos came up on my feed, and it was that same TikTok that led me here. ❤ As a fellow person with CP, albeit a way more “mild” case, she nails a lot of stuff in regards to how people treat those they can see are disabled.
