@@KaitlynSage marketing is not a bad word. Every person or company that offers a product does marketing. There is a looooot of music free of copyright that plenty of youtubers use. The fact that Julia uses her own music is marketing, specially because she puts the name and everything on screen. She wants people to know of her music and to listen to it, duh, and that's perfectly fine.

The fear of never having those experiences or never seeing those things to me is far more scary than going by myself. You should consider staying in hostels. You will find many solo travelers looking to link up with other people

It's something I'd love to do, but as a young woman there are places I don't always feel safe going by myself. It was ingrained into me at such a young age that women should never go anywhere alone but this kind of traveling looks so amazing! Lots of love to you

I lived in TO for awhile. You should come to Vancouver BC next time. Not as big as the city of TO, but we have mountains and the ocean and the weather is similar to England. Lots of cool high rises here too, but again, much smaller downtown core than TO.

Honestly you are not dressed basic if you are touring Toronto you fit right in.....We live just on the outskirts of Toronto my husband grew up there and works there but if you come in the summer lots more to do especially if covid restrictions lessen.....Niagara falls there is much more to sight see and have fun in the summer if covid restrictions lessen......have you experienced snow and freezing weather before ?
