The only real issues for inbreeding arise if the parents have dormant genes for hereditable genetic issues through their shared family or if the trend of inbreeding continues serially through generations. If the parents don’t have dormant genes for hereditary issues through their shared lineage, then the child would have the same chances for genetic issues as any child born of unrelated parents. And as far as serial inbreeding goes, the parents were considered an anomaly in their family, what would be the chances of the kid falling in love with one of his cousins?

I hate how they use the excuse "As long as it is true love the relationship is fine." No, it's not. I have been r@ped by my own cousin when I was young and he was older, he said it was true love and I hated it. I gave no consent at all, and I was too afraid to say anything until 4 years later when me and my mother were talking about how bad of a "kid" he was. I hate people like those two.
