I don't know if you'll see this, but I just wanted to say, try intermittent fasting and fast mimicking (Drs Jason Fung and Walter Longo) After an adult lifetime of trying, this is the only thing I ever did deliberately that ever worked for me. My sister discovered it, and thank goodness for both of us, this worked like a charm. It's not easy and requires commitment, but with that, I can virtually guarantee success. Just thought I'd share. 😁

I had tried everything in the past but I’ve been intermittent fasting now for 3 months, still basically eating what I want just making more healthy decisions and balancing my meals. I’ve lost 30lbs already and feel so much better fr, I really do think it’s a game changer. Plus it literally makes my stomach shrink so even if I wanted to eat the same amount as before I just can’t cause I’ve adapted to this life style

@@Solar_Axis I have two theories as to why: For starters, most people refuse to understand that although biology is the most unstable science of them all, it is in fact a science. This means that people think that they understand how the world works because they know that a plant needs water and an animal food. But don't care to know how all that truly works. example: a giraffe is a herbivore, but it can not just eat any plant or tree on this world. In fact most are deadly for giraffes. So people know: giraffe eats tree, so tree safe. Not why that specific tree is part of their diet and others aren't, etc. "why would a giraffe live on the grasslands and not in the forests if it eats trees?" But also, people do not like to be corrected. If they ask you a question, they are willing to learn. If they make a statement you have to agree, or they shut down. Especially when you have to correct people on something they physically did. Because that means that they didn't just not understand a certain concept, it means they have been doing something wrong. They get ashamed and don't want to admit it. The ego is our worst enemy.

So you end up with conclusions beginning with: Within these environments, at the time of research, within this specific population etc. Whatever I have researched so far, can be invalid within a few years. A certain population chimpanzees has shown that they have the capacity to predict the foreseeable future like us , a certain individual cheetah decided to go swimming with her cubs, and a lion climbs a tree. When I started my biology journey we still made statements like: apes do not (yet) have the ability to plan ahead, cheetahs don't swim and lions don't sleep in trees. Especially when we are talking about environmental related situations, or behaviors, biology is constantly surprising researches and changing.

I finally realized when I had worked out and lost 20lbs over a few months and was doing great, then a guy followed me home in his car trying to talk to me and refusing to leave me alone. Also, and this isn't the majority of people, just something to keep in mind for everyone before we make assumptions about any overweight person, there ARE medical reasons people gain weight, even while eating properly, or less calories than they need such as hypothyroidism for instance, other more rare ones would include things like Addison's disease, lymphedema, and lipodema, dercums disease. There are a lot more overweight people who genuinely do try to lose weight, and who genuinely eat in a calorie deficit, whilst also exercising who still remain fat, than you would think. I only say this, to encourage people to try to be less critical, judgmental, and harsh towards the overweight people they meet in life. Try to take the time to understand the individual. Being overweight is not healthy, I am not saying that, but you can also be just as unhealthy while being a healthy BMI... Yet we don't scrutinize those who can hide their unhealthy lifestyles the same as those who carry it on the outside. And again, sometimes people are fat because of genetic diseases. Not always, not most of the time. But the few that are still deserve to be treated like a worthy human being and not like they have morally failed by their sheet existence.

As a fat female who occasionally binges your channel while I exercise. I can tell you two things. One, she CLEAR has been watching that SiFi movie where humans do evolve to be able to cope with the change in the sun and have help from an alien to do so. And secondly, YOUR WEIGHT IF FULLY YOUR FAULT. I stupidly fell into this "body positive" B.S.!! Yes, I have a health condition that makes gaining weight super easy and losing it super hard. BUT NOT IMPOSSIBLE! I have PCOS and Thyroid problems (which was caused by my PCOS). This makes it very hard to lose weight. So I believed idiots who said it was because of my depression (just like the nut in your video said.) and people who said it was just how my body was made. But neither said it was because I was shoveling food into my pie-hole!! None of which is true. I was over eating and far exceeding normal calorie intake all while not moving around unless absolutely necessary and not exercising!! Unhinged people like the female in this video really do not help those that want to not take responsibility for themselves or have a weak mind. I wish such unhealthy encouragement was not allowed on social media!!
