helene is not a hurricane it's max sustained winds are only 25.3kts. that isn't even a tropical depression

I lived in Pasco for 23 years and I do not remember one hurricane that, after completely stressing us all out, was nothing but a couple of down tree branches. After we stocked up on food and got sandbags and boarded up our windows, all for nothing. The last 10 years I lived there, the word hurricane meant nothing to me.
