Awesome video! Small hack for anyone that could use it: In your extension, you can look at your settings and click "show copied status". What that will do is on your active listings page on any platform, it will show COPIED under the crossposting icon. Makes items that still need to be crossposted easier to find.

List Perfectly is database management which is a way, way more powerful tool than just cross posting. I moved over 1K listings in March, I also input cost of goods, SKU and BIN numbers. I stopped entering info into a spreadsheets altogether. Now, when I buy items I type the item and the cost straight to list Perfectly, this becomes the title to the listing. Which means literally everything serves multiple functions. Less than a year all in and most of my bookkeeping does itself. Plus I can pull analytics and reports. I even created my own keywords so I can not only monitor how categories like "dresses" are preforming but I can see what within those category have the highest margins. For instance, career dress sell in my closet for more than high end casual dresses. When I'm sourcing, it's good to know! The inline editing tools under "analytics" is genius because u dont have to open each listing to edit. It is def, def, worth the effort to take full advantage of the tools you're already paying for!

I love List Perfectly. I cross list from there and use it for my inventory and bookkeeping. Everything is in one place and it delists from other platforms when you mark an item as sold. If you're putting in your COG then filling out the sale info you know immediately what you made on that item. The analytics are good too.

I LOVE you! I don't know why I have NOT been cross listing. Been reselling for 13 years on Ebay and some on Postmark but not using the cross listing app. Why because I make roughly gross 90K and I thought that was good and its just ME. Now I can work smarter and make more money without hiring any one which is what I was about to do. I listen to you all the time because you have great information and down to earth kinda girl. Thank you so much! This was super helpful :) So that you can avoid duplicating listings or so that you know if you copied an item into list perfectly...just go to the list perfectly icon on the top right. Click settings and click "Show copied status" . This will put the word "COPIED" over your already transferred listings so you won't duplicate them and know exactly where you are!

There's a button at the top (look right above listing at the top of the page) that should say start. Click start, then select all you want, then click stop (same button).

Idk if it’s just my Internet or what but it’s so slow for me. But I’m trying to cross list everything to the catalog then want to relist everything in every platform. Do you know if they have something where I can have the same listing with different “footnotes” per platform? Also, how are you getting your already sold items to sync up?

My eBay, PoshMark, Kidizen, and fb market made me click every time or it wouldn’t load. I was doing ~80-120 at a time. Then I did 300 Mercari at once 🙈 but luckily the Mercari did in the background. It took me about 2mins and 15 seconds on avg to copy and to list into the catalog. You can also right click on the tab and put them in a group so they don’t all pop up.

Awesome! I am only doing ebay and poshmark right now so I'm not sure about other platforms. If you are having issues it could be your internet speed. You can submit a help request with LP if you thinks it's an LP issue. I think you can do different footnotes but I haven't learned how to yet! I'll let you know if I figure it out. 😊

So I did it last then didn’t cross over stuff I’ve already crossed in the past but I should’ve done that backwards. As I’m writing this comment, is when you’re telling me the same thing lol.

I honestly may just delete the catalog and restart it again. Do Mercari first. Then add in 200 from Posh and 100 from eBay and 50 from Kidizen instead of load all the other then pull up the links for 600 Mercari listings. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Excellent video thanks. Just subscribed. I am going to get List Perfectly now and use simply as a database and place to put new listings. Ebay messed up about 299 of my active listings this past month so I need a better host. Plus I am very income limited due to disability and open only a day a month to sell due both to physical limitations and income limitations. Almost everything I still own (other than furniture) I want to load into LP (but not into a selling platform like eBay) during the next year so I can post them for sale a year from now. Seems like List Perfectly can do that for me.

So I just upgraded to a business account to upload multiple listings. Everytime it finishes Chrome opens a new tab for each item...is there a way to avoid this?

Unfortunately no, that's the way it works. It has to open up a new tab for each item so you have the chance to approve every item before it goes live.

Hi! If you are on the simple plan it will only allow you to one by one. Bulk crossposting starts at the business plan.

Very confused. Attempted 200, from eBay, do I literally have to go into each listing when it goes to ETSY and fill out specifics, who made, etc. each listing? Seems like Like list perfectly isn’t so perfect if I have to edit each listing when it shows up on that platform

Yes, you still have to complete anything that the platform is requiring and didn't move over. List Perfectly wants to remain compliant with each platform and the platforms state that you have to be the one to hit list. None of the crossposting tools should be doing it for you (according to the platform's rules). It's also a way for you to verify everything is correct. Each platform has different fields so that is why it can't just go from one place to another. I personally think it still cuts my time in half.

You can use it for listing on LP but not as an extension fot crossposting to other platforms. You have to use it on a desktop in order to crosspost.

I think this may be something they are working on. I don't know of any crosspostong tool that does that yet. Crossposting is fairly new and they are still working on developing it.

I was not. We essentially finished the drafts in ebay, set them live and cross-posted them to LP. Then we began starting the drafts in LP.

@@moninaduncan1714 you can delist on List Perfectly with a couple of clicks. As far as bookkeeping goes, you do have to manually enter in what the item sold for, COGs, and platform fees. I don't think on any crossposting site it will be able to automatically track it. There are too many factors involved like if an offer was accepted, did you offer discounted shipping, were you charged for promotion fees, etc.

@Creekside Cabin there is a way that you can use LP to end items but it does not do it automatically. Nothing is automatic because LP wants to remain I good standing with posh by following their guidelines. Regardless it still cuts time.
