I can’t answer the second question (not complaining though). The first one is whoever’s also responsible for everyone uncle roger reviews! Jokes aside I’m not a professional chef, but I do at least somewhat know what I’m doing (or I learn from my mistakes and explain what I did wrong in these videos which will improve in quality).
