That’s got to be the worst “i don’t want to be filmed” I’ve ever seen, he stopped in front of a guy filming to then get out of his cab which was protecting his privacy very well, to then go over to the guy filming to tell him he doesn’t want to be filmed, 😂 anyone who’s annoyed at being filmed would at least try and move out of shot before then voicing there opinion.

14:50 so the driver (who we didn't see until he left the van) has some form of snack in his hand and was therefore eating as he drove into the site. I'm sure that is against policy and also means he is not in total control of his vehicle so he could be fined under the RTA.

I did the opposite when I saw a movie crew in my city. I made sure I was filmed, walking up and down on each take and i wasn't bothered about appearing and didn't make any empty threats of prosecution, same with the other bystanders and passing public. Why when there is a film crew no one is really bothered getting filmed but when there is a member of the public filming its like you are dodgy as fook

Very informative , enjoyable to watch. You learn quite a bit. I find it funny though the effort he is going through not to say that they take separates home and professional waist and mix it up again. No landfills isn't done anymore in territorial Europe. 80% off all waist used to get exported to China but since they have refused to take it anymore, it's now exported to Turkey and India, Pakistan. You need to see the waist that arrives in Turkey, they just burn it where it lands on the ground. No oven or filter or environmental precaution. Thinking about all that untruths told from the industry leves a bad taist in my mouth. The stories told specially by the german government with there green point campaign and so on. What it is they are doing is take out the 20% of plastic that can be recycled back into petroleum make some cookies they burne in them big ovens that create electricity. The rest is exported at great cost to avoid landfills. This subject is vast and I could go on for ever, but this is a comment not a book sorry it's a little long. And screw that driver he realy wasn't nice

Colwick Industrial Estate dates to 1918, area previously farm land. The straight stretch of water in the 360 photo is the rowing course across River Trent established in the 1960s. Google aerial is older as it shows the Total fuel depot which was decommissioned and demolished late 2019, baren parcel to east on the 360. 2023 article notes planning approved for 13 industrial units to be constructed on the parcels. Colwick was major junction and yard for the Great Northern Railway. Just east of the estate is Victoria Retail Park which was the large yard for London & North Eastern Railway which took over from GNR in 1923. In 1960s became the London Midlands division of British Railways and closed 1970 and rails removed 1971. (wiki details) ... but no details found on the rail sidings servicing the industrial estate. John was awesome while the driver acted like Dr Beechings.

It's a bit off topic but anyways.... About waste recycle stations, dumps and... seagulls! Years ago i drove on a nice Sunday morning with my motorbike along a waste dump near the sea. Hundreds of gulls were enjoying the early sunshine on the warmed up tarmac of the road. I was driving crusing speed, but I abruptly reduced speed nevertheless,... All the gulls took off and became airborne to let me through ... but one big silvery gull on the very last moment decided to come back and sit on the road again... and there I came on my bike braking.. slipping and baaamm my helmet impacted with the big bird. I saw stars in front my eyes.. and couldn't see anything..I managed to stop and took my helmet off..the intestine content of the gull were all over my helmet, visor and clothes. The gull stonedead in the ditch. When home I had severe neck pains.. my helmet had a crack and needed to be replaced. Every time I see a waste dump or a waste recycle station or a garbage man in high viz clothing, I think if this event. To all bikers.... drive defensive you hear .. you never know what happens unexpectedly in next second. I (70+) still am a biker...but a careful one.
