Don't use water, milk, or bread to deal with spiciness, those only help for a few seconds. Use lemon juice, it's the exact opposite, it makes it worse for a few seconds but it completely neutralizes the spiciness.

Capsaicin dissolves in fat so milk would be good if it didn’t spread it around, that’s why butter or margarine on bread is to my knowledge the absolute best. The butter removes the capsaicin from your mouth and the bread makes sure it stays there and doesn’t spread the heat. In only takes me 2 slices of bread with margarine to go from: my face is f@&king vibrating I can’t feel my face anymore my life is pain, to there is nothing anymore

My theory is, vtubers are more anonymous, so they feel less restricted in just saying stuff. Also about your graphics card, I have no idea if this works. Some people are saying when you card is dying, and you know you are gonna buy a new 1 anyway... you might as well try the 'oven method'.
