Yeah has to be bugged I have lvl 3 for the jade bot and the final mastery and it does regenerate fast but not like this. On a side note though the jade+mastery makes griffon an actual flying mount now. More uptime and no loss.

i also had this before like 2nd time i tried using it. i used bond if vihor and it just kept for some reason. remounting fixed it, but i dunno if landing also fixes it
