the alacrity build doesnt use it at all because it loses the +10% condition damage bonus. the dps build uses it because of the grandmaster trait that retains signet passives when they are on cooldown.

Pretty strictly condi. quite low power coefficients. I did pmech back during the beta and it was just over 31k

34% boon duration is plenty in normal fights 40 is better for fights with lots of mechanics, so be prepared to use concentration food or switch one or 2 more diviner pieces in 😊
