2:26 to answer your question? I hate training biceps now. I do triceps majority of the arm workout. If I do work on biceps, it be just one exercise of curls for 10 sets of 10 reps. After that, I don’t mess with biceps for damn near a month.

To answer your question: I absolutely like training arms. I rarely give them a day. Usually I hit them on Upper days, just like I hit calves and tibias on Lower days. I don't feel like triceps and biceps get in the way of compound lifts, in the sense that they don't cause too much fatigue. What I hate about training biceps is that I can't connect with them as much as I do with triceps. I like going as heavy as I can. I'm going to hit arms today. We start with triceps, Followed by biceps, Give me a high five, And I give you quality sets, Clean reps. Embrace the stink, Get in the pink, Try to keep your elbows in, Love your ink, Because to have it in your body, Something it has to mean, Think, There's protein in my drink, I'm dying to sprint, When I get punched in the nose, I frown and try not to blink.

i never really trained arms only arms on a specific day, I always figured they get banged enough on compound lifts, but recently found dedicating either a day of half the workout to them has increased my bench and deadlift

I can't stand to train arms nowadays too. Feels like its a waste of time especially, bulk season. Triceps before biceps on my end. However, I only train Bi's so deadlifts can be stronger and avoid a tear.

The only arm training I do is during squats, bench, and deadlift. Never hit them directly. I hate pumps tho so I dont think I’d like it

You know I had to check this video out with you doing a workout off my favorite character ^_^. Will have to add this workout in some day For arm training I like mixing it in since I don't always enjoy training them for a day lol. Hate the tight feeling I get in the elbow area. Not comfortable for me lol. But do enjoy training triceps over biceps. Favorite triceps exercise right now is incline french press/power bomb(not sure what the difference between them lol). Been enjoying that one a lot and seeing my weight gone up to 45 DB in 3 months feels nice ^_^ Can't wait to see the new anime workouts. Those are my favorite workout videos to see on youtube. Since you mention Killer B and Raikage you can go with Ogun Montgomery from Fire Force. He would be nice one to do since he has a good build.

I barely train my Triceps directly mine are huge almost too big for me. Since I OHP so much I kind of haven't had to. But Biceps are different they help make my bench and OHP feel more stable?
