Loved the lyrics as well as the production value to all of the songs on Sound Magazine. Not ordinary pop music IMHO. It’s not inane or silly like Lollipop or Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head. Almost all of these wonderfully composed songs spoke to real life. From loneliness, regret and sadness, wondering and wishing, breaking up, returning home, remembering a glorious summer of young love, being a couple, realizing the feeling of love and, of course, that love is all we ever need. The last song was co-written by David and starts with a cool bit of base. Released in 1971, he only 21! RIP David Gone too soon.
