I've read a draft of the treaty. It only makes exceptions to cases where the children are making the content themselves, or if the content is legal under domestic law and is not BDSM related and is kept only for private, consensual use. I don't think we have anything to worry about.

Different countries have different consent ages, so the legal definition of a 'child' is different depending on what jurisdiction you are in. It appears that this UN Treaty is a loose set of guidelines, that is meant to be a basic set of measures, but will often be overridden by countries with stricter laws.
