I cannot understand trolls, or keyboard cowards as I prefer to call them. As my mum used to say, if you haven't got anything nice to say, say nothing. I love the reactor community, I follow many of you, I love your channel. My particular like is when Americans / Canadians etc here an English artist for the first time, or they go "wow" at certain moments in older songs, that take me back to when I first heard the very same song, likely having bought the vinyl single back in the day, priceless! Keep doing what your doing, there's way more of us that love your content versus idiots that just want to aim insults.

I know how draconian KZbin is, and I know that you guys do what you can. I'm not familiar with any sort of drama or backlash on your channel, but my advice to you is do what you have to, don't explain or apologize. It just feeds the trolls because you give them what they want. Online trolling could be a form of narcissism where they get off on getting you upset, and this video just reinforces that. I do appreciate A LOT the fact you do everything you can to give us free content as a lot of people like me are not able to pay to watch videos or any kind of content. Not everyone has the possibility to pay to use "Patreon" nor to have Netflix nor whatsoever. Some people don't think about the fact that there is a lot of people (like myself) from a lot of different countries worldwide watching your videos, even 3th world countries where people are financially not able to pay for memberships or other stuff and who only can watch videos here on YT. youtube is such BS!!! I posted a video of ME playing guitar of a song to someones video of isolated vocals to the song and **MY** video got copyrighted and REMOVED by KZbin and I got a STRIKE (strike removed after "copyright school", what a joke) yet the one who posted the isolated vocals of the actual song did NOT get blocked or a strike. Like it was ME playing the guitar NOT the artist so I have no idea. KZbin is getting worse and WORSE lately!!!

Being the holiday season I can suggest her video of Joy to the World done in the Aretha Franklin/Patti Labelle style. She has a ton of content and despite having millions of views she has always encouraged the reactor community. Shoot, along with the Budakel they have done videos that has included clips from reactors. Check her out, she is a world class singer who grew up learning from the greats, her Whitney medley is the best ever,

Don’t let it get you down! Haters gonna hate. Regarding the blocked/filtered covers over videos, I’ve often wondered why some channels do need to do that and others don’t seem to have to. I thought it could be view count or something but there are some large reaction channels that almost show a whole movie and don’t have to put in a filter. No clue why but I know what I’m Googling tonight. 😅

I don't know why you would care about what simple minded people think or do. Stating the obvious, but you shouldn't let those people affect your mood in any way whatsoever. I would assume that the vast majority of people, including myself, that watch your content know exactly what the score is with how KZbin operates. I dunno why all the hate for the "BLOCKED" watermark? I've seen other channels do a lot worse trying to navigate the Copyright Cronyism. At least you can still see SOME of the show, and can HEAR ALL of it. And I mean, come on, these are shows from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and even the aughts - many of which have been in TELEVISED SYNDICATION (reruns) on and off for YEARS. If you have not seen these shows on TV in their unmodified versions by now, then too damn bad. It's like spoilers ; after a while, that statute of limitations runs out and you are not owed "spoiler protections" anymore, and so likewise, you are not owed unfiltered/unaltered/unedited uploads of these old shows on these reaction channels. Besides, it's not about the shows or the music, it's about the REACTIONS of the people hosting these channels. I swear, some of these punks who complain about all the filtering are likely just exploiting reaction channels as some "see movies and hear music for free" workaround, avoiding rental fees and subscription costs.

So I understand it hard work. You're trying to stay within the rules even tho your videos can still get blocked. So it's frustrating especially if you're someone who uses KZbin as your source of income. In which you can't afford to get your video taken down let alone worst 3 strikes and your channel is gone. FB blocks things at random. I got a bunch of old VHS tapes after my father passed away I uploaded. They blocked them for music in the background of birthday parties were everyone is taking or there are screaming kids. Who is going to copy that music to listen to? I ran their program to just remove it all and they blocked it again anyway. They are out of control.

All of this is KZbin's fault, and the greasy grimy copyright owners who niggle over every last cent they MIGHT lose in some kind of revenue just cos a person shares the material online in any way, shape, or form. Just the act of showing a movie, a music video, or a song online for others to enjoy is not objectively going to hurt these corporate pigs' bottom line any worse than if that same person invited people to their house to watch that movie, music video, or hear that song. I find this copyright thing to be completely stupid and it has gone way too far with its OCD control issues. As near as I can understand it, the whole purpose of copyright since its inception back in 1710, was to ensure that once somebody creates something of artistic or creative merit, and puts their work out into the world, no one else can come along and say "I did that, it's mine", and especially to prevent anyone from profiting from it somehow. Back in the day, you could buy a music album, and a blank tape, and go home, and make a copy of the album for your car stereo, or even give that tape copy to a friend, usually free of charge and that was fine. Maybe you even sold that copy to a friend or a stranger, if only to reimburse yourself for the cost of the blank tape and your time - that was okay too. The problem arose for people buying albums and/or VHS movies, and thousands of blank tapes, then selling those "bootlegs" - cheap enough to make people forego the retail prices of the stores but priced just high enough to not only compensate for your own investment and time, but even turn a tidy little profit. That was when copyright laws made sense. But I guess they weren't effective enough, cos by the 80s, I started seeing more and more warnings and discouraging messages on music recordings and home video movies, invoking shaming tactics like "home taping is killing music" with a skull & crossbones fashioned out of a cassette tape, all the way to threats of criminal prosecution resulting in fines and/or jail time, not only for making unlawful copies, but even just SHOWING the damn stuff "publicly" without a bunch of licenses. I figured it was just hyperbole and optics of overreach, cos if it was that much of a real problem, blank media would have been illegal and discontinued from commercial sale. As long as I could still buy blank tapes, and I was not making mass copies to resell at a profit, I said "what's the big deal?" And this was long before the INTERNET came along! But when it did, oh boy, what happened next was, well, we all know the Napster legends and P2P dramas of digital downloads, and that is when copyright laws went FULL-BLOWN RETARD. To an extent, it made sense they would crack down hard, but not scorched earth stupid. Now, nobody can share anything in any measure (publicly) anymore unless you have a bunch of expensive licenses and/or express permissions. And the worst part is there's not even any kind of consistent benchmark that people can consult to find out what is okay and what's not, cos even if there was such a static set of conditions (and there probably IS), it is NEVER maintained - it's always changing according to some random parameter (usually social network platforms), and these definitions and distinctions are ultimately left to the arbitrary arrogance of platforms like YouTurd to decide their micro-penis syndrome is getting the better of them that day, and so they are gonna take it out on some random KZbinr content creator just trying to make an honest "under fair use" buck, by punishing them for doing what they've been doing for months or even years without a single problem. It's getting so you won't even be able to SAY the names of the artist or the titles of their work online anymore without violating some idiotic "copyright" stipulation, and those words and names will have to be muted or bleeped or redacted just like the countless other everyday words of the English language, JUST because it MIGHT offend or hurt some stupid snowflake's pweshuss widdle fee-fees. I'm honestly shocked these greedy pricks (the copyright owners and Online Media Copyright Enforcement Nazis like YouTurd) have not cooked up a way for people to still pay to watch the movies or listen to the music that they PAID FOR, in the privacy of their own home or personal devices with headphones. Whether buying it on some form of physical media or even downloading the digital copy, I'm surprised they have not implemented some sick despotic method of gatekeeping access to that media without paying a "premium" or a "fee" somehow. I won't go into any more detail on that (which I have thought about A LOT and have plenty of ideas on how they could likely do it), cos I don't wanna help these thieving pricks with finding more ways to screw us all for every last cent (it's bad enough they milked the "remixed remastered" grift on us to make people buy the same albums over and over again). These greedy doucherags had better stop bullying people, cos one day, people are gonna just take all their physical media underground and start running bootleg theaters and dance clubs for people to enjoy music and movies without being nickel-and-dimed to death. Some of us have quite the impressive music and movie collections in many formats, and it won't take much for us to pack up and do something REALLY "copyright infringing", just to say "PHUCK YOU" to all these media megalomaniacs. MCFA : MAKE COPYRIGHT FAIR AGAIN Anyway, aside from all that, I wanna tell people to STOP RAGGIN ON T&T - it's NOT their fault that they have to watermark and modify and edit their reaction videos to the extent they do! They are TRYING to keep a lot of content FREE so all you cheapskates (and broke-ass mofos like me) can still have access!
