I'll reply to your comment as it seem somewhat related. The game developers want to keep the new players in the game longer and that's why the Loadout delay is introduced in my opinion. So they won't get rolled over by a more experienced player with their preferred guns. Earlier they wanted to do it with sbmm and everyone lost their sh!t because they were playing against similar level players. There is no way to appease everyone and keep their corporate interests intact as well. That's why they were going to "think" about it.

JEVs BR idea: 5 zones like we have now but they work like this: Zone 5: No map pings. No UAVS or anything like that. Zone 4: Every player gets pinged on the map once every minute (zone is 2 minutes so 2 pings) Zone 3: Every player gets pinged every 30 seconds. Zone 2: Every player gets pinged every 15 seconds. Final Zone: Constant map ping for every player and only after 1 minutes, the entire map begins to close so players dont just run endlessly. So, no circles/gas that closes(until the final zone), but a ping based system based on Zones.
