I've had a friend go through CHS and it definitely is something horrible to go through. My suggestion would be to switch to flower, like you said, and smoke maybe 1-3 bowls a day. You got this bro! I'm here for you, I'm just a dm away! I'll try not to smoke around you ;) and I'm glad that you're taking steps to improve your health and quality of life. Love you bro!

Will say you never have to stop. Just start doing it every now and then. I do it every once and a while because smoking with the lungs i have causes alot of URI's and even pneumonia. Just do it very rarely.

well that is the goal as of right now i smoke every day and i smoke a lot everyday its not just a little bit so as of right now i gotta cut back and quit eventually hopefully ill be able to partake in a more healthy way again

I got that I quit for like 4 months and I’ve been smoking like a half g bowl or a full one depending on strength so far symptoms if I really over do it tho

I think I went really wrong not taking t breaks regularly and just over doing it all together glad that Im cutting back now feeling a lot better almost 2 weeks in!
