A trick to keep the lettuce fresh is to put a clean paper towel on top of it each time you use it so it pulls the moisture away from the lettuce, which is what causes it to spoil faster 😊

I just discovered you maybe about a month ago and i LOVE your content. God has placed a calling on your life and you walk in it really well. I love that even tho you don’t personally feel convicted about doing yoga, you understand that other believers will see you doing yoga and get the wrong idea so you stopped for the good of the body of Christ. You’re so admirable with how humble and intentional you are, keep it up. ❤️

Hello beautiful! I'm new to your channel but I'm loving it here. I came across your videos while researching videos for my natural hair journey. I've watched TONS of natural hair videos and yours were the most helpful. Three years later, My hair is now past my shoulders 😁🥰. Keep up the good work and stay inspired. You're a great inspiration for newcomers like me! Sending love and prayers from Minnesota Mimi 💜

Yoga definitely has a spiritual component as it was developed via Indian philosophy, but the typical yoga practices done in gyms and other non religious spaces (hatha, vinyasa, yin/restorative, ashtanga, Iyengar, hot yoga, and power yoga) are only physical based practices (they don't focus on the spiritual or energetic aspects of yoga.... there are lots of other types of yoga for that and they wouldn't be conducted in that setting anyway since most people in the US, at least, that regularly do yoga, are not practicing Buddhists, Hindus, Jains, or Sikhs). There is nothing wrong with doing yoga as a physical practice only, irrespective of your religious belief. People need to stop trying to dictate how other people should practice their religion.
@elizabethgrant115527 күн бұрын
Yoga is generally broken up into three major types (spiritual, energetic, and physical).

There is a difference between understanding others belief systems and practices and engaging in those practices or accepting their beliefs. It would be a good idea to learn about other people and how they live, so that you do not cause offense to them, that you are respectful toward them, and you are kind. Knowing a thing, does not have to involve doing. I know a great deal about Wicca, Paganism, Islam, Catholicism, Jainism, Baha'i, even though I have never practiced these belief systems. I know about them so that I can be respectful toward people that practice them, so I can respect their religious observances and practices, so I can make sure they are comfortable and feel safe around me, and I can treat them with kindness and show them compassion.

Unfortunately, she’s just part Jamaican, not Black. Follow Candace Owen’s investigation for more info. Still glad you performed your civic duty and went out there and voted. Love that you’re gonna be doing more vlogs and that you’re back on your health journey. Love your content. Keep God first and you’ll continue to be blessed. 😘

Jamaican is Carribean, and Carribean people (majority) ARE black... I say this as a Bahamian woman myself (black)

…..91% of Jamaicans population is black. Coming from someone with one African American parent and one Jamaican parent. Both my parents are black….
@aleshiamonet9062Ай бұрын
I agree with this. To the two ladies in your comments, I am also a child to a Jamaican parent. This doesn't mean that Jamaica is 91% black. In fact, it is 76.3% black and there are many other races. If you are interested in factual information regarding what race Kamala Harris actually is, watch the series Candace Owens has been doing on her. Also, the nationality that she associates with shouldn't influence the vote. Especially if you are a follower of Jesus Christ.
@kerenlumbalaАй бұрын
@@JoyintheA.M @kikib.2344 people can be different ethnicities and from a country. Plenty of white people are born in Africa, doesn’t make them black because they were born in a country with majority black population. Elon Musk isn’t black because he’s from SA. Kamala has family from Jamaica, but they are not black. Also recommend watching Candace Owen’s series for more context
@PetiteDАй бұрын
As a Black Guyanese person of Barbadian descent married to a man of Black Jamaican heritage, I would love for her to be Black as well but, as far as the investigation shows, her family comes from rich Irish slave owners on her father’s side and high-caste, rich Indians on her mother’s side. There is nothing middle-class or Black about her. As I mentioned, please follow Candace Owen’s investigation for more info. 😅
