My no badges/experience save also took me to Tottenham for my first successful big job. Was hired and fired by Leverkusen briefly before Tottenham. Won everything I could with them over 3 years and left for Barcelona.

Quick question i forgot to Ask on stream, how do you set up training? Do you delegater it all away, do you take controll over general training, do you manage individual training? Do you have Custom training schedules? Can you make a vid on this and link the schedules you use (if you make your own and dont let staff do it)

You can see it a few times throughout this video: Zealand sets up custom schedules based on how many matches the team is playing that week. When you manage training, you get an email every week with a preview of the schedules for the next two weeks and that’s when you can select your custom schedules He has a training guide on the main channel which I think is for FM23 but it should carry over pretty much seamlessly.

He has also released his FM24 training schedules on the steam workshop, just search for them there. He doesn't delegate it, he uses his own schedules and individual training as well. You can go to Training > Calendar and set it up for the whole season if you want and then adjust when you get the training e-mail - you need to set the responsibility to yourself to get the e-mail.
