I love a old fashioned winger like McIntosh, you can get both his finishing and shooting up and he will be a bomb down that left flank, he is already good enough to get 20-30 assists a season but he needs to be coached to use both feet but I like him.

What do you mean? After the club accepts your offer with the next Continue you will get the message to your inbox and you will be able to negotiate the contract with the player. Or do you mean something different?

Mikey Moore was from the academy I suppose, 4 star current ability according to your team. (I am not against selling him for 120mil) However you replace him with a guy that has couple very good attributes and your scouts don't think he has much room for improvement. That's kind of money that you throw at 17-18 year old wonderkid that is a world beater, not a guy from Bournemouth in his twenties. He will be good for you don't get me wrong, but that's all.

​@@voidmist6935 you misunderstood what Z meant. He's not planning to register him in the Champions League and the only way to do that without him getting mad is by the player accepting an Impact Sub deal. You can register any player in your squad.

I know this is off topic, but I'm currently managing Blackburn and we're making a title challenge for the Prem title and we're playing European football. But my problem is how the fuck do I stop my players from getting unsettled as soon as a Saudi club sends in a bid? Obviously I can't compete with the GDP of a petro state as a transfer and wage budget but how do I stop this? They are good players and relatively young. Like I'm not sure what to do. They all want the move because of the wages and it's not like I'm not giving them good wages

Sourcing, and developing Wonderkids is immensely satisfying. However, despite just qualifing for Champions League with Duisburg in 2031, next years budget is pretty lame. Hasn't stopped me picking up some absolute gems from South America.. With so many Wonderkids on the radar, but a finite budget, the priority always goes to the ones with the best Personality (Professional, Model Citizen) - they develop so much quicker. A player has to be spectacularly good on ability or price to consider Media Handling of 'media friendly' or worse.

I'm about to start the 29/30 season with Vilaverdense, and every year I buy a bunch of kids, sell another bunch and find myself fighting for top 4, 20 points away from the big 3 Champions League money is nice, but all I do there is be slapped around by the European giants

Z, You should take the last save from each team you have managed and face them off in a tournament and simulate who is the best team from your journeyman save. Obviously Tottenham will be favourites but Saint etienne might cause an upset. Would be a fun video to test!
