Very informative Daz . Which is, if any , the more difficult, night or day park ups ?
@TheUrbanMotorhome2 ай бұрын
I would say nighttime will be harder out of the two because most people will be home from work so that will be harder, but I would say you can still find places, if I was looking for a park up then I would start looking just before the 5/6 o’clock mark before it goes dark to make sure it’s easy to park. Ultimately that being said I’ve still never failed finding a park up and you always find somewhere to park.

Thanks for your interesting tips. We have a folding Pennine camper so these parking places are not going to help us but you were talking about the Ecoflow things in your blog. We only bought our camper second hand a year ago as tent camping was getting too much for us. My husband is 81 and I’m 77! We have solar panels at home and on a whim my husband bought a 100w panel, a 1inverter and a solar charge
@brendafradd10542 ай бұрын
Ooops, pressed the wrong button. It’s a 1000w inverter and a solar charge controller. We want to use it with our Pathfinder but it’s sitting in the dining room as we don’t know how to use it! Set it up or attach to our leisure battery. Any suggestions would help. You seem to be the right guy for ideas. By the way we know Mark Hall well and lived in Epping for some years before moving up to Suffolk in 1976. I’ve got a photo of the panel and bits to go with it but don’t know him w to attach it! Any help would be very welcome.

I have a question in the winter diesel heater on, do you worry that it disturbs people, or do you make sure that you’re well away from areas where people could hear it . I spent my childhood bought up in Hatfield, me and my friends used to go on picnics into Hatfield house. It’s not the same now. I have my dogs I’m trying to find places to park up where I can let them have a green area. I’m finding that very difficult now I’ve got a high top van and now they put barriers up and it’s made it even harder for me now 😢 take care
