Brilliant work as always lads Hi Dave, just a wee idea I had, would you not buy a few concrete stamps and stamp the bad side of the gravel boards, obviously charge a few quid extra, just a wee idea that would keep both costumers happy, and the crying KZbinrs under your posts lol

So first of all great video,2nd on little red at the end of the day I'm sure if you had the money you would have bought the jcb but you have to go with what you can afford and I dont understand rude, nasty or haters on youtube I just dont get it,if you dont agree move on and dont watch is my opinion, nice to see taff doing the main graft asusual😆,on mondays clip you had 2 of your guys in the yard and come on guys the least you can do is buy them 2 new hi vis tops ffs 🤣🤣,get on taff making the boss work for his money🤣lamppost what lamppost lol,so on the big fencing job only thing I would have wanted was that last small bay I would have had 3 gravel boards so the fence would have been same height, which neighbor actually paid for it,the good side or bad side, great job great video, cheers guys👍

First of all... no complaints on the direction of the gravel board. It is always the customer's choice. I think it would be very good if you could make a double sided gravel board. That would allow you to quote the jobs the same as you do now, but in situations like this, offer to put in double sided gravel boards as needed and have the neighbor pay the difference in the board cost. Can make both neighbors happy with the result. 😁 That would just expand your offerings more. I am sure your concrete workers have the skill to do the double sided boards. You all are highly skilled in what you do.

Like everything in our lives, there is always somebody that will complain about anything. "Little Red" appears to be doing everything that you purchased it for and having spare parts available off the shelf, means that parts are available quickly if needed and your able to replace/repair them yourself saving money. Even the more expensive machinery can break down when new and parts have to be ordered in meaning downtime is longer. Keep up the good work/videos from Downunder.

Lampost just get in the way of everything.. but with out them people wont see at night.. dave the grab king Stevie and the 🦆🦆🦆 Good fence build ... think the last one should have been 2 boards... but the customer must have been happy with the work done. Gates where good even take the time to adjust them right. Hope customer adds fence panel at the bottom hide the big gap.. Do you have tshirts cups badges etc with stevie saying not to shabby. Or have i just came up with an idea for you

Loved the gates...not too shabby! Twice we saw the risks around the work of others; dodgy measurements and leaning gateposts. Excellent problem solving by the Chaps from D&J! As for Little Red - properly maintained, I am sure she will repay the investment and it sounds like your dealer provides excellent service. As you say, Dave, time will tell, but I am sure it will prove to be the right call. As ever, thanks, Fellas👍👍👍

Wow that was a fencing job, but looked great when finished Steve. You said you hated it ! ?? I had a WW2 veteran living next door to me about 30 years ago - I told him I hated doing night shift at the time - he looked at me and said " never hate anything at your age son. " (25 years old then). Real sadness in his eyes. It really made me think and I have never hated anything ever since. Keep up the good work - Taffs a great grafter BTW

I assumed that you were putting the Gravel Boards the same as the others ! I like the plain look. Great job. As for little Red, a great Machine, you can pay heaps more for a Similar NAME Brand & still have the same troubles. Only time will tell. As you stated the Parts and ease of being able to fix things yourself makes a big difference on the bottom line

Dave and Stevie, great job's as always, the big fence job was professionally done, but not to my liking , sorry, too many gravel boards but I don't know you could have done it different ! The gates were brilliant, and as for the haters i would tell them to go forth and multiply, It's your business how you run it and the financial decisions you make are for the longevity of the business.
