That's what I'm hoping will happen, Ron. I felt like I was just replicating the same aquarium over and over. The change has had a positive impact already. I'm looking for excuses to spend more time with the tanks already.

Do you want any assassin snails they will make short work of the snails if your interested? No charge or anything! The frontosa tank looks really great bud!!! Def do what you want to do or it becomes a bit of a choir, we were guilty of this years ago, sooo many tanks and it just became a NIGHTMARE to maintain with so many aquariums! We got rid of 18 tanks and just have 9 mostly nicely planted non water change aquariums now with the fish we want to keep! Every weekend isn't all about maintenance now! So completely understand where your coming from!

I'd absolutely love some murder whelks! Yeah, I think we can get stuck in the trap of wanting to maximise our hobby and make the best content we can, and before you know it, you can become overwhelmed with the amount of work involved. I find that with the tanks I'm passionate about, I feel I naturally create a more visually appealing tank.

@@aquaticfanaticsuk if you let us know your address bud we will send you some over, used to have a nightmare with snails but these sorted everything and we find we have very few once all the pest snails are gone so they don't overpopulate after all the pests are gone and unless you overfeed a lot you end up with only a few!! Re KZbin I kinda feel sorry for the channels that have made KZbin there main income as they are a bit trapped doing what the viewer wants really, keeping fish to make an income if you like..... So we personally make around £80pm from KZbin (I think we are getting stiffed by KZbin haha) , currently looking at £78 this month looking at the projection.... but when you factor in our crazy UK Electric costs its a loss on electric alone, so def gotta do what you want as a channel bud for your own sake and enjoyment as the money is pretty bad TBH unless your someone like Aquarium Coop IMO

@Aquadiction, what's the best way to contact you? That's a thing that stood out to me. I was putting myself under so much pressure to hit the subs and watchtime , but at the end of the day, I could earn more just by doing an extra day in work. Which puts you in a position where you can create content because you want to, not because you need to. Obviously, a little money towards the electricity is a bonus.

Oh no.. sorry to hear that you lost some of your goldfish. Lol. I am sure he won't eat some of your guppy fry ..😉 I can't stand duckweed. The goldfish will help with some of your small snails too Just be you and don't get fish for KZbin I wish I could send you some goldfish my friend

I think they were from the same batch, to be honest, mate, and I think they've have flukes or ich. But because they've been in the pond, I haven't picked up on it. I'm really tempted to get a couple more and run them through a proper QT. I'm really looking forward to reducing the number of tanks I have so I can focus on the fish I really want to keep. I've been in the fish shed loads more since I added the Frontosa. It's a shame I can't get hold of some of your goldies, I'd love to show them off
